FAQ'S about the number of bedrooms

  • Q. How many beds are in the home?

This is a great question as the number of BEDS in the home or townhome may not be the same as the number of bedrooms. Each Plumas Pines listing has a descripion of each bedroom and the types of beds in each room.

  • Q What does it mean when the listing says "sleeps"?

If a property description says "sleeps 8" that means that if you are willing to share larger beds like king or queen, the home could "sleep" that many people.  Be sure to look at the TYPE of beds in each room in the listing.

  • Q: Is it O.K. if we bring sleeping bags for overflow family memembers?

Each listing has a nightly rate that  is priced on the number of bedrooms and the number of people it sleeps.  This impacts supplies, bed linens, towels and garbage.  We ask that you reseve a second home and not bring blow up mattresses, sleeping bags or sleep on couches.  Owners do not want more than the capacity of guests in their home or having guests use their couches as a bed.
