Questions about Pet Friendly Homes
Q: Is there a pet fee and how many dogs can I bring?
There is a flat $98.00 non refundable pet fee/per pet when you choose to bring your well behavied dog/service animal with you. We allow 2 dogs, no exceptions per home/reservation.
Q: My service dog is allowed in any home?
All of our homes are privately owned and owners have made the decision based on their preference and health concerns whether or not their home allows pets. We do not allow service animals or pets in non-pet friendly homes.
Q: I need a fenced yard for my dog. Do you have any homes that are fenced?
Most of the homes we manage were built according to HOA or with neighborhood building suggestions. Most homes do NOT have a fenced yard so be prepared to have your dog on a leash when you are outside on the deck.
