Q. Is it O.K. if we bring sleeping bags or blow up mattress?
Each listing has a nightly rate that is priced on the number of bedrooms and the number of people it sleeps. This impacts supplies, bed linens, towels and garbage. We ask that you reseve a second home and not bring blow up mattresses, sleeping bags or sleep on couches. Owners do not want more than the capacity of guests in their home or having guests use their couches as a bed.
Q: What does "non-conforming" bedroom mean?
When townhomes along the golf course in our area were built a 4th room was an option for owners to add on. Because they do not include a door or closet it is considered a "non-conforming" bedroom.
Q Where do I find the types of bed in each room?
Each listing for a home or townhomes describes what type of bed is in each room. King, Queen, Full/Double, Twin, Sleeper sofa etc.
