Q: What is the difference between a Townhome and a home?
Townhomes have a shared wall with the next door townhome and smaller decks. Homes are stand alone properties with larger decks or yards.
Q: Do Townhomes have A/C?
Most of our townhomes were built without duct work back in the early 1990's which means baseboard heat and no A/C We DO however have a few owners of townhomes that have added multiple mini splits HVAC to keep their townhome cool in the summer.
