These owners have gone out of their way to install Wi-Fi for you to use during your stay. (Wifi is considered a utility and if there is a problem, we will contact our homeowner so that they can reach out to their provider regarding their account)

Q: I need reliable Wifi. Please make sure the wifi is guaranteed?
Unlike most cities, most of our wifi is satellite based. It IS a utility that we as the managers do not have much control over. Wifi in the mountains can be iffy due to weather that impacts the satellites. If we cannot trouble shoot the problem, we will contact the owner to reach out to their provider for a service repair.
Q: What if the wifi is not working?
If the wifi is not working, shoot us a text and we will trouble shoot with you. Sometimes the router just needs a reset. Location of the router is in each home guide.
