Be sure to check the amenities in the home's listing to make sure it has A/C Most town homes in our area were built without ductwork and do not have A/C
Q:What do I do if my vacation rental does not have A/C?
When you walk in your vacation rental you will be surprised at how cool it is inside. So to KEEP it cool, leave all windows and window coverings CLOSED until about 7 or 8 at night. Then open up the home to let cool night air in. By 9 in the morning, close all windows and window coverings. This will keep your vacation home much cooler!
Q: What if the A/C goes out during my stay?
Let us know by text if you are having a problem with the A/C We will do our best to problem solve the issue immediately. If we need to call an HVAC service company for repair, we are at the mercy of their schedule. There are no refunds or credits due to appliance, electrical, or A/C etc problems.
